Thanks to my friends for sending me congrats on joining the Quad Squad ...... And thanks to all of you that helped me get here! 

This is a big one for me! I actually 'started' quitting three months before I put out my last cigarette! I spent three months doing research, counting, cutting down, getting ready...ugh! Some of it may have been helpful but in looking back I feel I was just making excuses to keep smoking!

Soooooo ...... grateful I found this place and this family! Thank you all for educating, supporting, scolding (yes, I was scolded for my incessant whining) and mostly for holding my hand! Much love
