Not sure what happened to my blog that I wrote yesterday to celebrate 500 days quit -   I went to read the comments yesterday afternoon and "poof" it was gone.  Maybe I accidentally hit the "delete" button.  Anyway,I want to thank everyone for their comments.  It's Monday!  Hope that everyone has a good week!

I am a 63 year old single woman. I quit smoking at 55 and my only regret is that I did not quit sooner. Freedom from cigarettes is truly a wonderful feeling!
