The beach was awesome! I love being on the beach, on the sand, with the ocean breeze, ocean waves crashing.. I also love swimming in the water but a lot of the beaches in PA are off limits for swimming because of all those shark attacks! That's a real bummer but I was still able to dip my toes in!  During my time there, anytime I'd walk into a cloud of smoke or see someone smoking from a distance, I'd be DISGUSTED.  I know it won't happen EVERY time, but this was the first time for me.  I felt EMPOWERED.  People.. You can do this! I am doing this every damn day..  🙂
