Just going ahead and enjoying the moments with my husband. Very painful that he has such hard time with his COPD. The sooner you quit the more time you may put off the ills of smoking.

60 days SMOKE FREE - and I'm still scared of people!

okay am still smoke free, and am fighting cravings, have bit of stress lately, but coping
