Pondering

I ponder about the difference between my quit, which I consider an easy quit and those that consider their quit painful, difficult and not easy to do. My past quits were painful, difficult and not easy to do in fact it was so bad I would go right back to smoking. So why is it after I read Alan Carr's “Easy Way To Quit Smoking” that I finally had an easy time quitting. Sometimes I wonder if I hypnotized myself during the process of reading and learning. I want to understand it so deeply so I can give a hand to someone that is wanting to quit but is having a hard time with it. To me it has been such a joyful journey for me. What is it? What happen? Is there more to this then just reading a book and having a greater understanding of what nicotine addiction really is and what it isn't? Pondering....
