Have a wonderful smoke free day my fellow Exers, be sure to be vigilant and protect your quits especially with the wk end being upon us. I am on my 410th day of freedom from smoking and counting , quitting is definitely doable and absolutely worth it so stay strong and hang tough .  After 40 yrs of being a slave to cigarettes I am free , but each and every day I will be careful to never take my presious quit for granted .
