Get off the Fence

I read the obituary this morning of a young woman aged 50 who passed away over the week-end.  I did not know her but she lived in the area that I grew up.  I found her on facebook.  Her last post on FB on February 11th was to announce that she was in the end stages of COPD and there was nothing more that could be done.  She asked for forgiveness from anyone that she had wronged.  She will never have the chance to see her grandchildren grow up.  If you are on the fence and cannot make up your mind about quitting, please quit before it is too late.

I am a 63 year old single woman. I quit smoking at 55 and my only regret is that I did not quit sooner. Freedom from cigarettes is truly a wonderful feeling!
