feeling stuck in place....need to move this quit train forward

Just getting out of the raincage....yup, I did it again.....showered in the AM instead of the evening....lol....not really feeling that was adding much to the plan, so where to go from here?

The positives: smoking in the car seems distant now....I won't even consider it; after meal time smokes are no longer calling me either; can be out for hours and not smoke; husband and I got gas and coffee this morning and he didn't chew tobacco in my car, told me the car smelled nice : )

The "not so" positives: only delayed this mornings cigarette by 10 to 15 min's; can't seem to get exercise in; and just feeling stuck, like I need to change something else with the plan.

Overall....I'm feeling good that i've made the changes I have (thought they were impossible), but afraid that I'm just cutting down (which is good)....but I need the plan to lead to a quit....
