Did not do the night shower/no smoke thing....delayed shower til this morning....Reason: Had an unhappy, spitting-up 4 mth old sweetie pie-love of my life for hours last night...by the time all was well around midnight, I went to bed, I didn't smoke, I just went to bed....my daughter (baby's mother) was in a mood to boot....sorry world, off to my covers I retreated....
Remaining with the delaying and no smoking on my errands.
1st smoke today 40min's after getting up....
Ran errands for an hour and a half this AM....no smoking
That's about it for now....
