I can't believe today is July 30th, wow, I believe the older I get the faster time rushes by or maybe it's just summer that rushes by because winter likes to drag on. At least today is going to be a gorgeous day with temps reaching the mid 80s that's ok because I will get my work done this morning before it gets too hot and relax under the fans later on. 381 super fantastic smoke free days and counting WTG me and WTG my fellow Exers. If you are new to this site welcome and please stay close and stay strong in your quits because quitting smoking is definitely doable and definitely worth it. Have a wonderful day everyone.
