Two big events coming up here where I live. September 1st my building is going smoke free!!!!! Applause to the management company.Naturally not everyone is happy - but I hope I can be helpful to those who will have to stop smoking. I will have a list of all the stop smoking sites I've looked into and of course "Become An X" will be on the top.
The beginning of October the buildings restoration work is supposed come to an end. YEA!! The work started in the middle of January and has been going non-stop since then. The construction people have been awesome as well as the security personel. I wish I had thought to take some before pictures.
I have 34 smoke free days since my lapse and that feels good. I sure don't want to go backwards again. And it is just one day at at time - thank God.
