It's a another dark, dreary morning and very humid thunderstorms are in the forcast ,we'll see. Mason is sleeping and I am enjoying my coffee and checking in with my cyber friends. No matter where we are in our precious quits whether it be day 3 or day 3003,let's not get lazy and complacent but always be on guard and protect our quits that we worked so hard to get, I will not allow myself to screw up my beautiful new found freedom from the dreaded nicotine poison. My older sister Cheryl quit smoking many, many yrs ago for 7 years and out of the blue she started smoking again for at least 25 more yrs, she's now got about 7 months in and is battling breast cancer and realizes staying quit this time is very important. Smoking kills, quitting is vital to our health and quality of living and our wallets maybe is a little fuller, plus I know I don't smell like a stinky ashtray anymore , 379 fantastic DOF and counting WTG me and WTG to each and everyone of you, my cyber friends.
