Anytime I get a crave or an inkling throughout my day that I "need" to smoke(and there still are many thoughts about in my mind), I come to this web site and I get inspiration, ideas, support that I use and will continue to use for as long as I need in order to stay quit. I am 41 days smoke free!!! What, me? I cant' thank you all enough...without you all this would be a scary roller coaster ride, and I don't trust myself to go on the ride alone. I am grateful that this web site and all of you exers are here: fabulous use of the internet, and I plan on staying close. My iPad enables me to do that anytime, anyplace!!!!! CP
