Weirdness...

So four years into my cold turkey quit, I am playing Elder Scrolls Online on my laptop at home when I get really uncomfortable and get up to do something but it wasn't until I was up that I realized I had got up to smoke a cigarette. Of course I didn't, I don't want to or anything. Just, what the hell? I've never read anywhere about this happening and I talked to my significant other about it. It's just so bloody weird.

Has anyone else ever had this happen to them? I'm seriously in NO danger of relapsing or anything. I'm way beyond that. It's just such a weird thing to experience especially considering that I forget that I was ever a smoker most of the time. Just having a wtf moment.

*Edit: I am actually having some withdrawals from a medication that I take regularly. Could that have something to do with this weird out of body experience? Seriously baffled by this.
