This is my first blog in a very long time. It is as if I'm meeting wtih a dear friend after a very long time. I have butterflies in my stomach, my mouth is dry and I am breathless. My heart is pounding.
This is where I traded my addiction to cigarettes for something beyond measure. This is where I found the support I needed to help me through it.
I wonder if there are any familiar faces out here still? I have sent people here and wonder if they found the same success I found.
