im at 617 days woohoo!...gained a total of 35 pound in those 617 days too!...but im working on it now...walking 3 miles everonce in awhile....
i planned on walking everyday.. but my granddaughter dont want to walk with me..boohoo, but like i said im working on it...
last vist to wellness exam i had already lost 5 lbs...im debating to go buy a scale... except i heard that scale watching is dangerous it gives you false hopes...its better to go by clothing fitness...if its loose you lost weight...tried both in the past..i get too antsy with the clothes fitness route...
any other tricks out there to keep focused?....cause im doing this... started buying fresh fruit for snacks...(instead of donuts my downfall lol)...and no more sodas either...
