Holy Guacamole - I am in serious double digit land and feeling so blessed!! To think that I don't even THINK about lighting up, wow, what freedom, what a gift, what a miracle. I didn't get here on my own. I owe a huge thank you to the collective consciousness of this wonderful site and to many special individuals who have continued to share and support me along the way. It is still one breath at a time, one day at a time, one prayer at a time, and it really does get so much better. Life has gotten bigger and better - I am bigger, LOL, at almost 7 months pregnant, and I feel courageus and confident to journey each day and become a better me. There is great wisdom and power in doing this inter-personal work! Please don't quit the process and the site before the "miracles". It is already a miracle that you are here.:)))
To the Ex Fam member who is still lighting up or having a tough time: This too shall pass. Just let it.....it will whether you smoke or you don't so you may as well not smoke.
