Day 109

Not feeling that great with this cold still hanging on .I should be out working in the garden i have a lot to catch up on . Weeds are growing in fast I have seeds to plant and must put in tomato plants but I have no energy what so ever . I actually feel very depressed about it.... sorry for this Debby Downer blog but that is how i have been feeling .

I am grateful for another day smoke -free but feel annoyed that This cold is dragging on and on !

I do want to thank everyone for being here i would not be on day 109 without your constant support ((((HUGS)))) to all of you !

My room mate Karen and I have 6 pets : Two dogs Lily and Jonah, one cat Olivia, two bunnies Lila and Emma and one guinea pig Allie . I enjoy reading ,knitting, walking, especially in the woods, at the river or the beach I also like taking photographs with my camera . I miss my family and my Island .

109 Days!!

Day 109 , has anyone tried hypnosis in their quit toolkit?

109 days not smoking now! unbelievable!

Still Day 109 ! feeling a bit better !
