Hello I am new to this site, but I am looking for any help I can get to give up this horrendous habit that has had a grip on me for many years.  I need help.  That is why I came here.  I feel like a total loser because so many of my friends have succeeded and I have not.  Will spend some time reading here and looking for a hand to hold to help. me.
