Well it's been 3 days since I've smoke and I have to admit it's not been nearly as hard as I thought. The real challenge will be getting through the weekend though. I will be around a lot of people smoking this weekend, so yes I'm a little worried but I know I can do this. I really haven't had many cravings for a cigarette, so far day 2 was my worst day but still not that bad. So when is it that your cravings are usually at their worse? I've actually heard it can get really bad at about three weeks of no smoking, is this true?
