In the book I am reading from Allen Carr, he says smoker's worst issue is fear, that is so me, I have smoked since I was 14 and having a hard time figuring out how to live otherwise, and with everything going on right now, I might not make it, I read your blogs everyday and I will continue to do so, have a great day everybody!
