well i am one hour into my 550th day.  never thought i could make it this far. still quite a ways off of the 2 year mark but hey,im still hanging in there...now enough of the me subject lets move onto the you subject... how are you doing in your quit..

has it gotten any more comfortable?...

do you have any unanswered questions?....

have you gotten rid of the NRT's yet?....

that was a major milestone for me...

okay have you noticed that quitting comes in stages....and each stage has to be dealt with individually...first you have to prepare,  then you have to quit smoking, then you have to deal with the withdrawsl, etc. etc. etc.

its one step at a time....pretty soon you have one week then one month then 2 months  etc. etc. etc....

then time starts to move slower, and it feels you been dealing with this quit for ever....and you are still craving.. not every day but you are still craving...you start reminicing about what it used to be like...about that feeling you get when you satisfy your addiction...

stop right there....ADDICTION...keyword....The Law of Addiction is the most important quit smoking lesson of all. Just one puff of nicotine and your brain will soon be wanting and begging for more....

get past this  and you will be racking in the days....
