Daily Pledge, Bonfires and Quit Celebrations: Traditions born from the members
Hi all, I am two days from my quit date and am looking for a group with active members-I am going to need a lot of help with this because I am up against my husband who seems to think that is silly to quit smoking.
is he kidding or doesn't he believe you will do it?
no he honestly believes that after smoking for 45 years and being 59 years old it is silly to quit
yes but you wanna life!
I quit when I was 58.
Glad I don't smoke anymore.
It's a much better quality of life than being chained to a flaming stick that CONTROLS ypur life.
I have made up my mind and I AM going to QUIT! I know it will be a rough hard road for a while but I am determined-I just became a Great Grandma for the first time two and a half months ago, and I would like to be here for her graduation and wedding and hopefully great great grandchildren.
you can do it.
think of it as a process.
willingness not willpower
thanks Dale
