Hello again Quitlanders! I am happy to report that I'm still here, still smoke free, and nic patch free too!
I am slowly getting my energy back...doctor said it's not unusual for that to take a good 6 months.
I can go for several days at a time now without thinking about a cigarette...never thought I'd be able to do that. When I do think about smoking, I remind myself how hard it was for me to quit and how many times I made an effort and ended up feeling like a failure. Don't want to go back down that road again!
Hang in there, folks! There is life on the other side of the ashtray.
