Today for the very 1st time I left work and got in my car and went shopping and never thought about a cigrette until I walked out of the store ! I always have a craving for a cigarette when I leave work it is one of my most noticable triggers !
Yesterday day 70 ..... 10 weeks One day at a time !
I changed my profile picture ...today my great grandson Reilly is 5 years old Time goes by so quickly !
