6 days down and this is my 7th day of no smoking (also no nicotine or other aids). I have been dealing with the withdrawal symptons and they are getting better, mostly doing ok except for being tired and I slept a lot this weekend. Probably needed it.
I've been drinking decaf coffee and a lot less of it since the coffee and cigarette combo is huge for me and the caffiene makes me more irritable. Another reason I'm so tired 😕 but I'm glad to be doing it.
One nice new habit is putting nice smelling oils and lotion on my hands 🙂
