Hello.
I have been struggling to quit for a very long time and although I am not a heavy smoker, I tend to smoke a lot when I am stressed out or nervous. That has been the case for the past serveral months, unfortunately. I will be celebrating my birthday on April 5th and I would love to give myself the gift of quitting. I know that I need support and I am reaching out. Any advice? I was thinking of buying nicorette or perhaps a stress ball. I will not use Chantix- heard horrible things about the side effects.
