The Allen Carr folk tell people who have just smoked their last cigarette to celebrate getting rid of the ball and chain of smoking and to celebrate it every day of their lives after that.
"Dance on the grave of your cigarettes, because you know they would have danced on yours...."
I could not agree more. Rather than something to be feared and dreaded, quitting smoking and kicking nicotine addiction is joyous moment and one of the happiest days of my life. I think that anyone who comes to see smoking and the drug addiction as a trap will feel the same way.
