Get Rid of the Desire to Smoke

Once you do that, quitting becomes much easier because you aren't fighting with yourself. 

Realize that every reason you think you have to smoke is really nicotine addiction lies.

There are no good reasons to smoke, so there is no reason to do it. This is the truth.

Not to sound cliche, but the truth WILL set you free. : )

I quit smoking on March 26th, 2009. I smoked a pack a day for 25 years. I quit because I began having health issues in my early 40's. I had a TIA and a stroke a few years ago. I work as a home delivery salesperson.
