Think I am going to call my doctor today and see if I can get something to help my nerves when I get stressed out, I don't want a smoking aid like welbutrin or anything, tried all that before, yesterday whem my throat felt like it was closing on me, I think it was a reaction from a medicine they gave me last time I tried to quit, is there anything over the counter to help calm you, up for any suggestions
