For anyone wondering why the habit is hard to quit, its becasue there are deep grooves that repesent our habits on the brain. we need to make new habits.
it can be fone, exercise is a great one, meditating too.
there are tons of things to do istead of smoke, try a new hbby, get a pet.
practice mindfullness, clean, the dust never goes away.

just keep looking forward and distracting yourself.
you will make new grooves. try letter writing to an ex friend, that helps too.
