I have been reading all of your blogs and they are wonderful ! You are all so helpful and interesting . It is nice to get to know you.
I am at 30 days so I am entering No Mans Land . I began step 2 on the patch 2 days ago and I am feeling the difference in the drop. I am having more cravings but really not to bad I think I am adjusting to the change . The time change has been hard too I only got 3 hours sleep that night and had to work early in the morning .
I went to another library today and they did not have Alan Carrs book but they are ordering it for me from another library .Donna was so nice and sent me the link to it online but i have to say I do not like reading on line . I get to distracted ....I want to come here, or got to FB, or go to Words with Friends I just can't focus ! When I have a book I focus on what I am reading much better .
I work part time at a Nsg Home In Brattleboro VT. and The person who does the scheduling asked me Yesterday if I would be interested in helping activities take some of the residents bowling ....Bowling ! Haven't done that in years ! Well first thing I asked " Oh do I get to bowl too ? " Chrissy answered , "Of coarse you can Bonnie! " Well what I really find interesting is if I were still smoking, I know without a doubt ,I would have told her no, not interested in doing that because I would not have been able to smoke ! So now I am looking forward to a fun work afternoon helping the residents bowl ....I really don't care if I bowl or not I will have fun helping them !
