It was such a beautiful day today! I believe it was over 60 degrees! FINALLY! All the snow has melted but now it is all muddy! Emma Sue (my 9 year old Golden Retriever) tracks MUD into the house! Ahhhhhhh! But, she loves the warm weather! Today since it was so nice outside, I decide to grill some dinner! First grill of the season! I grill a lot during the warm months because I love being outside and I love to grill! So, I decided to share our dinner wtih all of you! It was SO good! Does anyone else enjoy grilling???
