You know those horrible ads for the SPCA???  The ones with the one eyed, starving kittens or the beaten down dogs?  When I hear that music, I have to change the channel.  I have decided that I need to start to visualize my quit like one of those poor animals.  It needs to be nurtured, it needs attention, it needs to be given time to get strong.  It needs to come first.  Meet my one eyed, starving, beaten down quit, it’s going to grow into a strong and amazing animal.  It needs ME, I am going to commit to it, today it is 42 days old, that’s six weeks! It is getting a little stronger with every passing day, every passing hour.  Happy Sunday, everyone. I am looking forward to watching the Oscars tonight, I have seen ONE movie, maybe next year, I will see more of them before the awards.  I really just like all the hoopla and the fashion and I will be watching.
