It was easier today than yesterday. Hoping it will feel like that each day. That each day will be even better than the one that has gone before it. I am so looking forward to the weather warming up enough (16* today) to go out for a walk and give these lungs a test. Last time I walked around the block I was winded within minutes of leaving the doorway. There are so many things to look forward to as a non-smoker. I am excited for my future again!
