Today it is snowing, it looks like a blizzard and it shows no signs of stopping either. The house is freezing and we are almost out of heating oil and hoping and praying we don't lose power. I have candles, flashlights, batteries, blankets and water at the ready just in case.
I have no electric blankets, really wish I did. I have not bathed in like 5 days not to be gross but to stay warm during this cold snap plus I really don't enjoy stepping onto a cold tiled floor and tjn climbing into cold sheets and shivering myself to sleep. I wear a sweatshirt and PJ pants to bed and two pairs of socks too.
We have about 6inches so far and I try and snuggle with my husband and he would rather do anything but...shovel driveway, shovel front stoop, sit in the bathroom and read his book, watch mindless movies. Oh well, I hope this blog finds you all well. Yo are all in my thoughts and prayers!
