Day 66 and I have to say that throughout my journey this has changed.  At first this was a huge part of my minute by minute quit.  As time went on and I learned so much from the people on this site it has changed.

My stress at work this time of year increases ten fold and this is the time in my life I was the most worried about.  Any new people I am telling you that even though  I still get cravings (for me it's more of a something is missing feeling) rather than an urge to smoke.  I am pushing them back and I truly can say that I am not as aggravated as I was when I smoked.

I used to have to say over and over "I don't do that anymore" and even that is more of a whisper.  Mike City did teach me though Never Ever Forget and I will stay focused on the prize FREEDOM!!!

I have been completely free of nicotine of any kind for 66 days and dang it feels good!!!!!

Be Strong and be happy Friends.  Freedom is Great!!!
