 1 year, 12 months, 365 days, 8760 hours, 525,600 minutes, 31,536,000 seconds !!

My journey started as a Lenten sacrifice.  One year ago today was Fat Tuesday and I smoked my last cigarette for what I figured would be 40 days. I looked so forward to Easter because I knew I had fulfilled my Lenten obligation and I could smoke. Needless to say I didn't smoke on Easter, I thought why not see how far I can really go, well here I am 🙂 Has it been easy? Not always 😕  I had my triggers ( when I got up, after a meal, holidays, vacations and just every day life. Was it worth it? Oh h**l yeah. It has been one year of so many wonderful changes, I became a grandmother 2 more times ( 4 grandsons now ) I turned 60 and I smell good 🙂

I have to thank my family for being so patient with me ( and so happy they're all still talking to me, needless to say there were a few rough patches in there ). 🙂

I have to thank my fellow exers for being here for me at my low points 🙂

Its been quite a journey and one that I'm looking forward to continueing.

HAVE A GREAT DAY, I KNOW I WILL 🙂

Julie
