hey guys im sorry i havent beeen around for a while but i slipped big time and felt so ashamed and bad about letting my self and everyone down but i have went 16 hours so far with out one so yeah im a non smoker again and hoping i can stay that way this time infact im chewing on a straw as i type this lol anyway im off to get reading all the blogs as it helped lastime hope you all have a great day and its good to be back xx
