The Nicotine Demon

I started the day kind of down in the dumps but felt better as the day went on . In reading about the nicotine demon I have begun trying to cut back on NR"s since I have been using  the patch , an occasional nic lozenge and  occasional puffs on an e- cig . Yesterday I only put the lozenge in my mouth a few  times for a few minutes and only one  time took 3 puffs on the e- cig . ( I think I got the sore throat from one of those or both ! The sore throat is gone now .)  Anyway, yesterday and today I delayed putting the patch on for an hour . I found it very difficult I really began feeling more withdrawal symptoms so I did put the lozenge in my mouth until the patch had time to work . I felt very depressed about it because I don't want to mess up my quit . I will continue cutting back and maybe get off the lozenge and e - cig entirely but I have to do it slowly. Also I went to the library to look for Alan Carrs book but they don't have it in my town but my other Library may be able to order it for me . I found the audio version on You Tube and I listened to part one but I prefer reading it rather than listening .Thank you for all the comments and blogs they really help so much.... sweet dreams to all of you !
