Hello EXFamily, I hope you are all well and in good spirits.
It's nearly midnight here in England and the begining of a well deserved weekend.
I hope everybody is doing well with their quit, keeping focused and moving forward toward the goal of being free from poison for good.
I can't but mention the elders at this special website and their hard work in advising, helping and supporting all of us on a daily basis.
Their enthusiasm is contagious , their determination to support every member is beyond words.
I did listen to them , I did take their advice when given and I always appreciated their support!
To the members who joined recently, please listen carefully to them , truly listen and then use that advice on any difficult day you may have !
Be positive and stay focused !
Sitting here and thinking of the past 330 days , I know for a fact that they are the people who showed me the way, no question about it!
I do the work, I do whatever it takes to reach my goal, I don't look back , I always move forward, I don't dwell on mistakes , I learn from them!
Most importantly I believed and believe in myself from day one, I respect my decision and the freedom!
Still , determined and willing , looking forward to joining the party at the 6% -ers club.
