Dear cigarettes,

You have not only made my body digest harmful toxins; you had me believing that I couldn't cope with anything good or bad without you. I have been imprisoned by you since I was 17 years old, for far too long. I let you deprive me of precious moments that could have or should have, been spent with my family, instead of outside with you. The moments that could have been spent with my moma, which she passed away 5-21-09, was instead spent with you. A new world has opened up for me; now that I can smell and taste things that I haven't since before I was 17 years old. Some foods I'll never know what it tasted like, for example some of the food that my moma cooked, or food that is no longer available or sold in stores or   restaurants... As far as smell goes; there may be perfume or a type of shampoo that is longer made, that I'll never know how it really smelled...

I will no longer allow you to damage my health, or use you as my crutch during good or bad times!!!

GOODBYE, MY FRIEND, IF WE ALL HAD A FRIEND LIKE YOU, THEN WE WOULDN'T NEED ENEMIES!!!
