hey folks,
Today I am going to lunch with my stop smoking counselor.
We met for a year straight.
I haven't spent much time with her , I am excited to be going.
She saved my life with her love and time.
that was 5 years and ten months ago.
I am so glad we are still in touch.
We will have some time together today driving into town to go to the resurant.
and back.
I try and do my healthy stuff, chlorophyll in my fiber,
herb tea a mixture of herbs I get.
exercise, I have Mikecity as a mentor , he is a great guy.
I have met so many cool people here.
some brought into my 3-d life.
I wish you all success in quitting.
I am so glad I stopped.
I know you can all do it, I was a hard core smoker.
