After my Pulmonary Rehab I have managed to exercize not 3 times a week but weekly and trying for more. I had a set back, gallstones and a fibroid, so I can't walk too far with the fibroid and it is minus 24 here in Montreal, very cold, with the wind chill even colder. I don't want to walk outside or even go if I don't have to.

I have done some weight lifting sitting down, which is good but can't do my bicycle for the moment. I'm see the surgeon next week.

I am very proud of my quit, it isn't always easy, sometimes I really want a smoke but, always a voice in my head shouts NO. I make that happen so I don't slip up. If I have to I visualize the Mr Nicodemon Man, and hit him or kick him to the moon. Hope you are all doing well and never quit quitting;. It will happen if you really want it.
