I received my first Coaching with MT Quit Line. It was quite encouraging and helpful. I decided I am changing my quit date to Feb 14. Valentine's Day, and I am doing the nicotine patch. I really think it will help me make it through changes.
I changed brand of cigarettes I smoke. I attempted to google nicotine and tar to compare my normal brand to the new brand. I actually like the new brand, it doesn't seem as harsh, but it is less satisfying, so that is a plus for me.
I am in process of reading Allen Carr e book and I am slowly going to recommended links. I am reading everything I can on this site. Just need to keep focused and know I can do.
