Thanks to everyone that posted encouraging words on my last blog. It's wonderful that so many of you are so understanding of what a smoker goes through in order to kick this nasty habit.  One thing for sure...I am a head strong woman and I will not be defeted.  I will not let years of habitual smoking control my life any longer.  I have wasted enough time smoking when I could have been doing something positive.  I feel so much better since I walked around my building and enjoyed the sun on my face.  Although I had heels on I managed to clear my head.  Now my feet hurt (lol)  That major crave was left outside my building where it belongs.

My quit is in tack and my breath is still fresh.

The journey continues.
