Feels like an in-between day! I'm not quite 2 months, but I'm over 7 weeks, craves are minor some days and overwhelming others. I was excercising and building up stamina and somehow, that has slid. And the scales have not. The last 3 days I have been so tired and un-motivated. I've got to get my energy back! I can waste time like nobody's business. Things need to be done and I've got to get my focus back. I was told to expect days 51, 52, 53, 54 and 55 to be tough. Is no energy part of this period of the quit?
Time for another attitude adjustment for me!
