It has been a good day. Today is my first vacation day as an EX. I kept busy and it was good. I went to the dentist with my daughter, then some shopping then home to enjoy a movie together! On the way home, I was thinking about a smoke. I immediately said "I don't do that anymore" and decided I would fix me a cup of tea instead. It worked! I also shopped for a thumb ring today. Didn't find the right one, but I have a better idea of what I want. A good day. I hope everyone else had a good day also!
