Hi all.  I want to thank the many people who have reached out and helped me through this.  I've had a bad day today but so far have fought the urge to walk down to the local store and buy some cigarettes!  I got patches in the mail and that has helped tremendously so I just have to keep on top of this and really quit.  It's unreal the hold this addiction has on a person.  I know i can...
