How many days/weeks/months did you wear the full strength patch?
I was a pack a day smoker and still find myself wanting to smoke at certain times of the day. Yesterday I felt unusually anxious all day and wondered if I ought to go ahead to the medium strength patch.
This is my 13th day smoke free.
